Following last year when we had to cancel our attendance at the Tenbury Wells Show due to the heavy rain it was lovely to see the sun shining when we arrived ready to set up this year.
Visitors soon started to look around our display, with some who had seen us at this or other shows and came with the intention to make a purchase.
With jumping jacks being demonstrated and general talk around types of wood and finishes sales and enquiries soon followed, including promises to visit us at our monthly club night.
The Tenbury show has something for everyone, with livestock competitions, displays and plenty of food and drink.
Our thanks as always goes to those who helped, both on the day and in making items for us to sell.
Special thanks to Jan Bowen who made us a beautiful Victoria sponge which kept us going throughout the day.
Our next show is at Kington on Saturday September 14th so if you feel you can help on the day or make something for us to sell please let us know.
Our jumping jacks are very popular and their sales often cover the show cost, but our stocks are running low so help with those would be appreciated.
Hope to see you at the next Club night.
